Vlorë Property Management was founded on 20 years of international hospitality experience — from Marriott International to smaller Danish luxury boutique hotels — and a very personal journey as a property owner in Albania. Having owned apartments in both Sarandë and Vlorë, I know firsthand the challenges and concerns that come with owning property abroad.

It was that experience — and the realisation that a professional, trustworthy solution was simply missing — that led me to move to Vlorë and build this company. Whether you own a private apartment, a villa, or a hotel, we operate to international hospitality standards, backed by deep local knowledge and an established network on the ground.
